DEBATE: JUDGING CARSON AND REDMOND

An event in Queen's University Belfast, hosted in partnership with the Royal Irish Academy.

100 years ago the balance of power in Westminster was held by Irish politicians. John Redmond and Edward Carson remain two of the biggest names in modern Irish history.

At this event our guest speaker, Professor Alvin Jackson, will assess them for the first time as contemporaries would have done.
